Hi, I’m Namitha — an artist, baker, dreamer, and proud resident of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Creativity has always been part of my life, from painting and gardening to cooking and crafts. Although I pursued an engineering degree and followed a traditional career path, my heart has always belonged to the world of art and imagination.

My journey with painting began during a challenging time in my life. What started as a way to find calm and comfort soon grew into a deep passion. Through creativity, I found healing, purpose, and a renewed sense of joy.

I find endless inspiration in the beauty of the natural world — the gentle sway of flowers, the peaceful rhythm of falling rain, the quiet strength of distant mountains. Through watercolor and mixed media, I try to capture not just what we see, but the emotions and memories that nature stirs within us. Each piece is a reflection of light, movement, and the quiet connections that shape our lives.

Beyond painting, I also share my love for baking through my YouTube channel, Namitha’s Delightful Dishes. From handcrafted cakes to flavorful treats, baking is another way I express creativity and joy, often inspiring my artwork as well.

Golden Aurora is more than a name — it represents my journey of rediscovery, light, and passion. Today, I continue to create original artworks, explore new techniques, and teach art classes for children and adults in my community. Every creation carries a piece of my story, and my hope is that it brings inspiration, beauty, and warmth to yours.
